Send restock emails right away with hosted sending, or connect your own provider to send from your own domain.
Import a waitlist CSV from Notify Me! (other exports work if they have email plus SKU, variant ID or product handle). Everyone imported gets a fresh confirmation email.
Plans limit restock notifications per month, whatever channel you send through. Confirmation emails don't count.
Shoppers enter an email on the Notify me form, which the theme app embed shows for a sold-out variant. Double opt-in is on by default, so they receive a confirmation email and join the waitlist only after they confirm. You can turn double opt-in off in Settings; then they are waiting as soon as they sign up. The same address is listed once per variant. When that variant can be sold again (a location has stock, inventory is not tracked, or it continues selling when out of stock), HaloRestock queues one restock email. An hourly check covers a missed inventory update. Importing a CSV from Notify Me! sends each imported person a confirmation email.
Yes. Each signup gets one restock email. As soon as that email is sent, the address is deleted from the waitlist, and the email says so. Unsubscribing deletes the address immediately. The confirmation email, when double opt-in is on, is separate: the address stays until the restock email is sent or the shopper unsubscribes. The shopper can sign up again later.
If the product title is missing, blank, or only spaces, the email does not use a dash as the product name. It uses the product handle saved with the signup when there is one. Otherwise it uses a generic phrase (in English, "the item you asked about"). The same name is used in the subject and the body of both the confirmation email and the restock email. A variant name other than Default Title is included when that name is real.
The email is sent on behalf of your shop. The footer says "Sent on behalf of" your store name, and the restock message says the product is available again at your shop. With hosted sending, the From address is HaloRestock's sending address (by default notify@restock.addsum.top), the From name is your store name, and replies go to your store's contact email. With your own Resend, Amazon SES, or SMTP account, the From address, From name, and reply-to are the ones you saved, and the same footer is included. With Klaviyo, HaloRestock does not send the message: it creates a Klaviyo event and your flow sends the email.
